Champagne Lady
Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary - South Dakota
Champagne Lady is an American Mustang. She was born to a wild mare on the Sanctuary and orphaned when her mother was killed by a mountain lion, but the green-eyed, champagne-colored filly survived and has passed her unique coloring on to a son. They both live on 11.000 acres at the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary.

Julia
Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue - California
This sweet little mare was rescued by Lifesavers as she was badly in need of farrier care. Her hooves were tremendously overgrown. A top farrier had to remove the long overgrowth with a saw and Julia now receives regular hoof maintenance. She is now living happily at Lifesavers, her forever home. Julia loves running and playing with her stablemates.

Stella
Risen from the Ashes - Missouri
Stella is a beautiful dapple grey mare. She was rescued as a filly and is one of the most popular horses at Risen from the Ashes. Stella loves to dress up as a unicorn, and she is a show horse who enjoys dressage and jumping.

Snickers & Rollo
RFJ Equine- Oklahoma
Snickers and Rollo were rescued from a killpen in Louisiana by the Nimchuk Equine Foundation. The pair has been living happily on 100 acres in Oklahoma, thanks to RJF Equine. Plans are in the works to move this lucky duo to a wild horse sanctuary out West where they will be true wild horses again. Stay tuned for the adventures of the “candy bar kids.”

Olive
Engler Canyon Ranch - Colorado
Olive roams freely in a herd of more than 240 horses in Colorado at Engler Canyon Ranch. She came to Engler with a very bad face injury, which has since healed. Any attempts to train Olive have not been successful. She is now living the life she's meant to live as a free wild horse. Olive has received an outpouring of love and compassion from so many kind horse lovers.
